Galvanised Thin Coat Plaster Stop Bead 

Stop Beads are used with render and plaster at junctions of walls, soffits, ceilings and surrounds to openings. Stop Beads are designed to finish and protect plaster edges.

Galvanised steel bead with perforated wings for finishing and reinforcing edges of skim plaster within a building.

What are the features of Stop Bead?

Length : 1.2m or  2.4m (25 lengths per pack)

Material: Galvanised steel

Thickness: 3mm

Lightweight – for ease of handling

Perforated wing provides a key to prevent cracking

Easy to cut compared to traditional metal beads

To suit 3mm skim coat

Greatly reduces the time in forming end stops

Can easily be cut to size using tin-snips or aviation cutters

Fixing holes to suit a standard plasterboard nail

Provides a clean straight edge protecting plaster from damage

Excellent keying to reducing render or plaster waste

Non-corrosive – no staining on the walls due to rust
