Featuring serrated middle joints and graduated long and cross ply layering to ensure a solid and reliable core construction. Core veneer overlaps are mitigated using scarf jointing technology. Tinted adhesive is used to ensure complete coverage by allowing easy visual inspection to ensure no areas are missed. The face veneers are a colour fast light pink straight grained Engineered Veneer (EV) manufactured from tinted locally sourced Poplar. 

Tested First, at the mills own in-house laboratory, then at an internationally accredited Chinese testing facility. Finally, as a further check, we undertake independent testing at UK accredited laboratory facilities on a regular basis. Testing for structural applications on product 9mm and thicker is undertaken in accordance with the requirements of EN 13986: 2004, after which the product can display a CE mark on packaging to demonstrate compliance.
