Trading Terms & Refund / Returns Policy
Please find our T&Cs laid out in simple terms that you can understand.
We are Trade Store Ltd. Trading as Trade Store Ltd registered at 38 Newdigate Road, Coventry, CV6 5ES (Company Registration Number: 10099798. When you (the person named on the order) place an order with us, we will do business with you under the following terms.
We’re passionate about our customers and making sure that you’re happy. We believe you will in return be honest with us and that forms a stronger bond than any terms and conditions could ever offer. We’ll do everything we can to do right by you.
We offer goods for sale through our website www.tradestoreonline.co.uk.
All the prices we display include delivery. You can see all our delivery options on our delivery page here.
Our prices may change and printed material such as leaflets, flyers or advertisements will always show our best prices at the time of printing. During the period a leaflet is valid, we may offer things at a lower price. This could be a special offer or just an everyday price cut. Our website will always show the lowest prices that we have. We will always use the lowest price we are quoting at the time that your order is processed and this will never be more than the valid prices published in our printed material.
You will receive a VAT invoice by email with your order. Our VAT registration number is 263 2663 05.
We offer all our goods on a payment-with-order basis. This means you must pay us when you place the order. We can take payment by most credit cards and debit cards, PayPal or BACS / CHAPS funds transfer. We will only accept your order if we receive the payment in full. We do not provide credit facilities.
If you would like to make a payment via PayPal please send us an email to email@example.com with the items you’d like to order and we will email you a PayPal payment request with a link to make payment through Paypal.
Sending your order
All orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday will be sent from our warehouse on the same working day on a guaranteed next working day UK mainland delivery with our courier. The goods become your property as soon as they are signed for in good condition.
By this we mean things like pictures and dimensions. The product dimensions are exactly that; dimensions of the product only. Any handles, accessories, controls and other features are not included in this description or dimensions. We try to ensure that our website information is accurate, but occasionally an image can have minor variations. Please bear this in mind when ordering.
Our couriers will always need an authorised signature when delivering goods to you therefore items cannot be delivered un-signed for.
All of our items are always kept in stock unless otherwise stated on the website.
If you want to cancel your order, you may do so at any time up until it has been dispatched. We always pack and send out your order same day if the order has been placed before 1pm Monday-Friday. If you want to cancel the order, you should do so by phone or e-mail and we will confirm whether we have been able to do this, we will then process your full refund.
Returns and Refunds
How to Return a Product
Returns via courier
To arrange for a Product to be collected please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details of the Product to be returned. We will arrange for the collection of the product by our nominated carrier. Please note that there will be a minimum charge payable by you of £25 for this service, which may rise depending on your location and product type. All refunds for returned Products will be processed within 30 days and will be made to the account used to purchase the product

Faulty or Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a refund, as long as we are notified of the product’s fault within 30 days of it being delivered to you.
Alternatively, you can arrange for the faulty or defective product to be collected by e-mailing email@example.com with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will collect it at no expense to you and either provide a replacement or process a refund
We do sometimes update our products, prices and offers. We are confident of our technology and staff but we realise that we occasionally may make mistakes. If we offer goods for sale incorrectly, we will always try to honour our offer. There may be the odd circumstance where it is not possible for us to do this. In these cases, we will contact you and explain the situation. If we cannot sort out the matter fairly with you, we can cancel your order and refund any payment you may have made.
If things like strikes, wars, acts of terrorism or even small things like power cuts interfere with our business with you, we will do our best to keep things going. However, we will not be legally responsible to you for any failure which is due to these unexpected circumstances or any other situation outside our control.
Age restrictions apply to some goods we supply. By ordering these goods, you are confirming that you are over 18 and that the person receiving the delivery is also over 18.
Nothing in these terms of business should affect your legal rights or limit our legal responsibility for death, personal injury or fraudulent misrepresentation resulting from our negligence, or any other liability which we cannot limit or exclude by law. (This includes our legal responsibility under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987.) We will not compensate for delivery delays or failures. We will not be legally responsible to you for any losses which both we and you could not expect at the time you bought the goods. If you are a trade customer, we will not be legally responsible to you for any business losses. We also strongly advise that you do not plan to install your Trade Store products on the estimated delivery day. We recommend that you do not book installers and trades people until you have your goods delivered and checked and on site. Trade Store will not be held responsible in any way for costs incurred by trades people due to delays in delivery.
These terms of business will be governed by English law
