- The product I need to order is out of stock, can I order it anyway?
Unfortunately not at the moment, however, we do have new stock on a daily basis so it’s likely your product won’t be out of stock for long so please keep checking back with the website.
- Why do I need to order before 1pm?
This cut off time allows us enough time to pick, pack and ship your product so you receive it the next working day from order.
- Do you offer a credit service to tradespeople?
We do not currently offer credit. All of our products are payment by purchase through our website. We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as Paypal and BACS transfer.
- How do I return a product?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your return options.
- Do you offer discounts?
We pride ourselves on our heavily discounted volume pricing on all products we sell which can be ordered directly on the website. For high volume, regular orders we can discuss bespoke pricing so please contact us to discuss further.
- Do you deliver to anywhere in the UK?
Please read the Delivery Information page for full information. Our carriers do deliver to all destinations within UK mainland.
- How will I be able to track my order?
Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse you will receive a despatch confirmation from us by email. This will include tracking instructions for your order. Our carriers will also provide you with delivery notifications.
- Will I get a VAT invoice for my order?
Yes you will receive a VAT invoice by email once you place your order.
